CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING: All reservations have a 10 minute grace period, after that a $15 late fee is applied. After 15 minutes your reservation is cancelled. If you need to cancel or reschedule please do so 24 hours prior. Anything within 24 hours will be charged 50%. No-call/No-show or same day cancellation you will be charged 50% of your remaining balance. Any questions or concerns please contact me ♡! BRAZILIAN/WAX SERVICES: To be properly prepared for your wax please have at least 3-4 weeks of growth if this is your first appointment or from your last shave! If you are on your cycle you are more than welcome to continue with your appointment as long as you are okay with wearing a tampon during, if not we will need to reschedule! It is also recommended to exfoliate the dat before if not that’s totally okay ♡! LASH SERVICES: Please arrive with clean & product free lashes! (No mascara or eye products). All lash services come with a 48hr insurance policy after that all accommodations will be charged for. For lash infills are to maintain the integrity of your lash set! Infills should within 2-3 weeks from your initial FULL SET appointment. If it is past that time frame please schedule a full set, if you fail to do so you may have to reschedule if time is not allotted. For your infill you should have 50% or more of your remaining lashes, if there are any visible moderate/large gaps you will need a full set ♡! EXTRAS: Please do not bring any extra guests in the suite but they are more than welcome to sit in the waiting area. For your remaining balance it may be paid via; cash, card, or tap to pay!
